Booking conditions

How a quote becomes a confirmed trip.

Draft wording for review. Specific terms for each trip are confirmed in writing with your quote.

Indicative prices

Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points. The final price depends on dates, hotel class, group size and availability.

Nothing is reserved when you send an enquiry. We check availability with suppliers and send you a written quote.

A booking is only confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and any agreed payment is received. Payment terms are stated on each quote.

Carry a valid CNIC or passport. Foreign visitors should check permit requirements for restricted areas and treks.
