Cancellation terms
How changes and cancellations work for trips arranged through us.
Draft wording for review. Specific terms for each trip are confirmed in writing with your quote.
Before you confirm
Enquiries and quotes are free. You can cancel an enquiry at any time without cost.
After you confirm
Each booking follows the cancellation rules of the hotels, airlines and operators involved. These are shared with your quote and confirmed in writing before you pay.
Weather and road closures
Flights to Skardu and mountain roads can be disrupted by weather or landslides. We will work with suppliers on alternatives, but some costs may not be refundable.
